Gamifying the Kingdom: Why Your Iwere ID is Your Only Power-Up in the Real World

Listen.

We need to have a clinical conversation about the Next Generation Architecture. I am talking to the parents of Gen Alpha and the digital natives themselves. You are currently spending your life force, your time, and your money "leveling up" characters in Fortnite, Roblox, and Call of Duty. You are grinding for "skins" and "badges" in a digital world you don't own. You think you're playing a game? You’re wrong. You’re being farmed for your attention while your real-world inheritance is being deleted. Here is the cold, hard logic of Gamifying the Kingdom, and why leveling up your Iwere ID is the only "Main Quest" that matters. Look at the digital landscape. Gen Alpha is the most tech-literate generation in history, but in the Iwere nation, they are Economic Ghosts. While you are winning "Victory Royales," rebellious customary tenants and predatory neighbors are using digital disinformation to "mod" the history of your land. They are rewriting the "lore" of your ancestors to claim your physical territory. If we don’t bridge the gap between "gaming" and "governance" right now, you will be a "Level 100" in a virtual world and a "Level 0" in the real world. This is a race for the Source Code of your future. You’ve been trying to "teach" history using dusty books and long speeches. It hasn't worked, and it can't work for a generation that thinks in 60-frames-per-second. You are trying to fight a high-octane digital war with "analog" sermons. Meanwhile, the rebellion is digitizing their lies, making their distorted claims look like "verified facts" on social media. You are losing the attention of your children, and by extension, you are losing the war for the 221 Nodes. The reason Gen Alpha is disconnected isn't a lack of loyalty; it’s a UI/UX Failure. You didn't know that the reason they aren't interested in land history is because the "Interface" to our culture is boring. It has no feedback loops, no "XP," and no rewards. You didn't know that the enemies of the nation are using "Gamified Deception"—creating slick, viral narratives that look more "real" than our moldy paper records. They are winning the Search Engine War because we haven't built the Identity Grid. I know the frustration of a parent who sees their kid knowing every "Easter Egg" in a video game but zero "Court Precedents" of the Iwere Nation. And I know the frustration of the Gen Alpha kid who wants to build something great but feels like our culture is just a "laggy" legacy system from the 1900s. I get it, because I’ve built high-growth systems for the most demanding digital markets on earth. You don't need a lecture; you need an Achievement Unlocked. The Itsekiri Social Technology Hub (ISTH) is Gamifying the Kingdom. We are turning the Iwere ID into a Dynamic Avatar of your professional and ancestral status. This is fundamentally different—we are turning land history, court judgments, and academic mastery into "Skill Trees." When you learn about the Justice Idoko Commission or verify a boundary, you aren't just "studying"; you are Leveling Up your ID. This is the "Play-to-Earn" logic that has revolutionized global finance and education. By attaching real-world value (Verified Credentials, Maritime Certs, Land Audit Access) to digital "Levels," you create a high-trust, high-engagement ecosystem. The Digital Vault acts as the "Server of Truth"—a blockchain-secured database that makes it mathematically impossible for a rebellious neighbor to "cheat" or "hack" your history. Immutable data is the ultimate Anti-Cheat. Imagine a Gen Alpha Omaja. He opens his ISTH App. He doesn't see a boring ID; he sees a Sovereign Profile. He completes a "Quest" in AI Prompt Engineering at the Iwere Academy—Level Up. He verifies a land record in the Digital Vault—Achievement Unlocked. When a rebel neighbor tries to spread a distorted lie about his village, he doesn't argue; he "summons" the verified record from the Vault. He sees himself as a Digital Knight defending the Iwere grid. He is winning the real game. If we don't gamify the kingdom, we lose the next generation to the global "Attention Economy." They will grow up with zero connection to the 221 nodes. They will watch from their screens as our neighbors "re-skin" our history and steal our land through digital erasure. The cost is the Permanent Deletion of the Iwere Player. If you aren't in the game, you are just an NPC (Non-Player Character) in someone else’s story. The Iwere ID Beta is live. We are looking for the first 500 Gen Alpha Architects to start the "Main Quest." Do not wait for the rebellion to upload more lies. Claim your ID. Start the grind. Level up the Nation. 🔗 Level Up Your Iwere ID. Join the Quest: [https://itsekiristhub.online]

HOW TO FIND OUT IF YOUR BOOK IDEA WILL SELL

It's sometimes a hitch trying to figure out the best way to validate your idea. Just know this from today, its not all idea you have in your head that would be good enough to write a book on it. Many authors have fallen prey to this as they end up writing a book that wouldn't sell in the market. An idea might be beautiful enough in your head but won't sell when you write a book on it

The best goal you can ever have as an author is to see yourself building influence and authority

Starting the New Year __“There's no telling how far someone can go when they don't know that they can't…”

How far are YOU going to go this New Year? Everyone knows that 2020 was tough. And looking at the rising COVID numbers in Africa, this year is starting out very tough, too. Amidst this crisis, what a joy it was on January 1st to read about some amazing young innovators in Nigeria doing the most creative films with “what is in their hands”!! I can’t tell you what a smile this gave me, to start the New Year watching such incredible imaginations in action.
“The Critics Company” that I read about on New Year’s Day is a group of young filmmakers (mostly all cousins I think) who are now even attracting Hollywood movie studios that were so impressed by the short sci-fi films and other touching works these young Nigerians produced

Where is home? __Take a few #Moments to #Explore, #Watch, #Listen & #Share the beat of your OWN drum!

There is an old saying “Home is where the heart is”. With the release of Sasai App version 2.9.17 a week ago, we took a giant leap towards the realization of a vision I have been trying for a number of years… creating a #HOME FOR AFRICAN CONTENT. Now if you’re not in the industry you may ask, what exactly do I mean by “content”?
By content I mean an online “home” where African music, stories, podcasts, languages, photography, businesses, talents, thinkers, leaders, teachers, students, activists, preachers, entrepreneurs and pan-African interests of all kinds can be found in one place. And I mean the African diaspora as well as African Americans. It’s a little bit like when an entrepreneur in the USA has a TV channel called Black Entertainment Television… you know immediately that

Nigerian Youths Must Expand Their Minds Beyond "I Must Hammer" By Cliff Odebala Clarke

I moved into a self contain with 3kids after a long protracted period of financial drought.

It was a self-induced financial wilderness experience because I wanted to complete a novel digital advertising turnkey technology in record time.
I was writing computer codes almost 16hours daily and it took 13months to get completed. I had no food or money to pay rent, so I had to move into my mum's house during this period.
Immediately after launch of the tech startup, it became a national phenomenal. The technology was widely used by most of the national dailies to stream adverts.
We were serving over 30million Nigerians ads daily but we weren't immediately profitable

We are now talking to busy moms and executives in the parenting function.
Priceless discussion.

HELENA FREY in collaboration with one of our organizations, THE POWER PARENTING COMPANY LLC, presents the Second Edition on “PARENTING IN THE 2020’S (II): Family Imperative for the Highly Engaged Executive.”

We know the very act of joggling family alongside work-life can sometimes feel incompatible, overwhelming and impossible; particularly for the one desirous of getting it right on all fronts. Raising children has also become more demanding today than probably at any time in human history; with lots of distractions, options and responsibilities on the part of all stakeholders.
What we also know is the fact that the quality of our personal and indeed family life goes a long way to filter into work productivity; because knowing or unknowingly, we bring all of ourselves to work.

As significant as earning a living and having your name written on the sands of time is, family bear a core weight on the outcome of our exploits. There is exactly no one-size-fits-all for every individual, hence the need to seek ideas to our unique paths. As no one can lay claim to have all the answers to knowledge, we must turn to understand tools and guides to navigate this sacred responsibility called PARENTING.

In this Webinar Edition, HELENA FREY & The POWER PARENTING COMPANY LLC, as part of our resolve to personally and professionally provide usable knowledge to all our stakeholders, will again seek to delve into these matters with our thought leaders.

Wash Your Face By John Obidi

The LORD said to Samuel, "How long will you mourn for Saul, since I have rejected him as king over Israel?

Fill your horn with oil and be on your way; I am sending you to Jesse of Bethlehem.

I have chosen one of his sons to be king."

Let me provide you the background of Samuel's grief.

Israel was at a time governed by Priests and Judges who kept the law, commanded the army and communicated to the people what God's intent was.

After a while however, the people agitated that they wanted a change of government.

They wanted a King so they could be like the other nations.

Samuel warned the people against this. He told them their choice would eventually oppress and enslave them.

"He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his slaves.

Change Your Mindset, If You Want To Be Productive

Not to sound cliché or anything but I think the first step to be consistent in content creation is to change your MINDSET

To change your mindset from seeing content creation as something you do to promote yourself or your business to seeing it as your way of helping people and helping businesses.

Showing up daily not because your coach told you to but because you know someone needs you and needs your thoughts to be better.

Seeing it as a calling and 'ministry' and seeing social media as a platform to touch as many

‘KekeLogue’, Captivating Resoluteness

Add caption

The road looked unusually quiet that afternoon as I stood opposite Bright Hope Junction, along Old Airport Road waiting for a keke. I had stood there for a while with other passengers without any luck getting a keke heading my direction. Then, an empty one came by shortly afterwards. The other passengers standing ahead didn't get in, they just seemed to peep quickly at it and allowed it pass. Their actions appeared a little strange, but I couldn't really place it. I just concluded they were probably heading another direction.

The ridder stopped near me and it turned out he was headed my direction so I jumped in quickly. Not long afterwards, while seated, I figured it all out; the rider looked somewhat

The Art Of Climbing The Podium

“When you say a thing amidst the crowd, few people listen to you; but when you say same thing on the podium, everyone listens to you.” ~Russells Apuam Enogha

It is not the quality of your message per se, but it is the platform from which it is passed that determines the efficacy of your message.

You might have the best message, the most suited solution for a particular problem, but without the right platform to present such, attention will not be given to it.

You can't present such amidst the crowd. It's rare the right people will be listening.

You have to climb the podium.

How Did You Make A Success Of Your Business So Quickly?

Mitchelle Stonehill✨

When asked how she became successful overnight, Mitchelle Stonhill has this to say.

Here is my “over night success” in real time 👇🏼

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟎 - I had a full time job as a retail manager. My salary way £1600 pcm. I had 21 days annual leave and I worked 40 - 50 hours a week.

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟏 - I walked out of my job with zero experience in business but a strong desire to live a life of freedom and financial abundance. I bounced around with a few business ideas, not committing to anything before joining forces with my husband. We started our own

How Procrastination Made Me Lose The Girl Of My Dreams

As a handsome and visionary young man, I wanted to marry the only beautiful daughter of a farmer.

I went to the farmer to ask for permission to marry his daughter.

The farmer looked at me and said, “I will allow you to marry my daughter but you have to fulfill one condition.”

The farmer told me the condition, “Son go out and stand out in the field. I'm going to release three bulls one at a time and you have to grab the tail of any of the three bulls. if you can

The Discipline of Eliminating Interruptions

A primary task of leadership is to direct attention. To do so, leaders must learn to eliminate interruptions in their environment.
Research has shown that our mobile phones, pdas, computer and smart electronic gadgets are the major source of our interruptions aside from the workplace interruptions which only amounts for 24.52%.
Hence, what you enjoy doing most of the time is interrupting what you should be doing, for the world around you is structured to interrupt you. If you already struggle with focus, you are fighting a losing battle from the moment you wake. If you are normally a focused person but don’t control your environment, your day will become a series of interruptions. To

The Discipline of Believing

The difference between the average person and the high achiever is a commitment to belief—because possessing the unqualified belief that you are capable of doing something is the first step to achieving it.

Until you consistently believe in yourself, that you can face any challenge that is thrown your way by life, you may never attain the prestigious position of
high achievers.  You must have the discipline to believe that you can attain the result that you seek and this is done by visualization and meditation on your desired goal.

I like the way Will Smith put it: “There’s a redemptive power that making a choice has. Decide what you’re going to be, who you are going to be and then how you are going to do

Tips : How I Sold 100 Coaching Hours in Just One Week - ‎Rosie Freiha‎

Image may contain: 1 person, standing and indoor

A few years ago, I decided to get another coaching certification, this time in the Robbins-Madanes Strategic Intervention method. It’s a combination of Tony Robbins’ and celebrated psychotherapist Cloe Madanes’ coaching techniques.
I needed to log coaching hours in the new discipline, so I did something I’d NEVER done before…
I offered a discount on my coaching fee.

Why should you NEVER do this? Because time is the ONLY limited resource.
You can ALWAYS make more money (if you know what to do...)
But even the richest people in the world like Jeff Bezos only have the same 24 hours in a day that we do.
Time is the great equalizer.

David Allan Coe Dies at 86: The Outlaw Who Refused to Be Edited

There are artists… and then there are disruptions. The kind that don’t fit the system. The kind that don’t ask for permission. The kind that...
