How Did You Make A Success Of Your Business So Quickly?

When asked how she became successful overnight, Mitchelle Stonhill has this to say.

Here is my “over night success” in real time 👇🏼

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟎 - I had a full time job as a retail manager. My salary way £1600 pcm. I had 21 days annual leave and I worked 40 - 50 hours a week.

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟏 - I walked out of my job with zero experience in business but a strong desire to live a life of freedom and financial abundance. I bounced around with a few business ideas, not committing to anything before joining forces with my husband. We started our own

promotional business for nightclubs and events. My little sister had to lend me money to buy shampoo.

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟐 - Struggled to get clients and contracts consistently. Some months we’d earn £8k - £10k a month, and others we’d hardly earn anything at all. Lived in a state of panic around money.

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟑 - Opened a restaurant alongside our promotions and marketing business to increase our income. Made a loss on the restaurant and used our growing nightclub income to cover it. Had no savings left despite having a 7 figure year. The money we made got pumped back into the businesses and some bad investment moves.

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟒 - Realised that running around nightclubs and restaurants was never going to give me the sort of freedom I desired. I had less freedom than I did in my corporate job and felt no better off. So we set up our first online business selling affiliate products.

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟓 - We used everything we knew about social media marketing to create an income solely online. We sold our home in the UK and moved into a caravan to minimise our outgoings, we had an average monthly income of £3K - but it wasn’t consistent.

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟔 - Really got a taste of what it felt like to be location independent and moved to Lanzarote. Continued to build our product based business and grow our network. Our income grew to the 6 figure mark.

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟕 - Began working with more coaches and mentors to learn how to launch a successful service-based business. At the end of the year, I launched my coaching business and made £60k in 5 weeks. It was the most I'd EVER earned in that timeframe!

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖 - Grew my coaching business and had my first ever £100k month. Became the author of a number 1 bestselling book.

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗 - Hit the £2 million mark in my coaching business. Bought my dream home and dream car in cash. Flew to Florida and was featured on FOX TV.

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎 - Had my first £165k weekend. Franchised my own segment on FOX TV. Launched a sell-out retreat brand. Renovated my dream home.

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 - And for my next trick…Let’s see!

Look, people saw me launch an online coaching business from scratch, hit consistent £100k months and thought it was an overnight success.

It wasn’t.

Far from it in fact 🤷🏻‍♀️

People don’t see the failures, the changes in direction, the uncertainty and the loss. They often only choose to see the ‘highlight reel’.

So no wonder success can seem so unbelievable.

No wonder it comes across as unrealistic.

Your journey as an entrepreneur doesn’t start when you’re successful. It starts when you’re a failure 💡
