The Devil Is A Mathematician
When he’s about to rob you of your peace by tempting you into debt, you become so brilliant at mathematics.
You tear a sheet of paper and begin to calculate that if you borrow that 1M for your business, it will become instantly profitable and you’ll be able to pay back within the stipulated time... even with the draconian interest rates.
"Shebi they don’t even need collateral..."
You’ll start hearing sayings in your spirit, that make sense but are out of your current context.
“Take risks”
“Nothing ventured, nothing gained”
“Go all in”
Don’t do it.
It’s a trap. These guys will disgrace you.
Nigerian law enforcement will not protect a poor debtor like you... they will join to oppress you instead... well... unless maybe you can call Segalink.
They will send bulk SMS to tell your friends and enemies that you are owing.
If you need money, let me tell you what these Shylock lenders won’t tell you.
There is an ATM inside your brain. I’m not motivating you. It’s the truth. Don’t you believe it?
All you have to do is to activate it... and stay true to the process.
Learn to become so valuable to the marketplace... that you become a walking ATM.
Don't think I'm just some privileged guy talking off his head...
Those who attended my Night School episode titled "Reinvention Secrets pt.1" heard me narrate how I lost everything, started rebuilding slowly for about a year and bounced back 10 times bigger.
You're a King. Debt is not an option. You lend... you do not borrow.
There are some comment section prefects who only show up to disagree. They're about to type "But Dangote borrows".
That is knowledge, not wisdom.
Knowledge is knowing that Dangote borrows.
Wisdom is knowing that Banks beg him to borrow from them... they compete to be the one he borrows from.
Superior wisdom is knowing the reason he attracts such favour. See my previous post on Gravity: https://www.facebook.com/groups/smartbcamp/permalink/3389103207769871/
That's the subtle difference between what makes sense versus what makes truth; what is smart to do versus what is wise to do.
Back to the matter of your cash-laden brain... Look into the ATM of your mind and decide how much you're willing to print.
It's about increasing your value to the marketplace so that you're always able to exchange something in your brain for money.
It's about repeating this process enough times to matter, so you become wealthy.
That's going to be the next episode of Night School - "Increasing Your Value in The Marketplace".
Meanwhile, I wanted to warn you about impulse borrowing. There's a reason these guys make it so easy and enticing.
Stay away...
J.O. told you so.
Keep your peace of mind and harness your focus towards creating money-printing solutions.
You're a King. Debt is not an option.
You lend... you do not borrow.
Yours in Power,
John Obidi,
Commander-in-Chief, Headstart Africa.
