Delta State Palliatives In Photos For Covid19 Lock Down

The word ‘palliative’ according to the English Dictionary means, “a measure relieving pain without dealing with the cause of the condition.”
In this period of COVID-19 Lock down, a palliative would mean giving people food to relieve the pangs of lock down without dealing with the entire cause of hunger especially of a people who survive on daily hustle.

The Delta State Government announced prior to the first two weeks of the lock down that they have established a Food Bank to help cushion its effect on Deltans.
The expectations of Deltans is that after surviving the first two weeks of lock down without a cup of rice from their government, they will get something reasonable to alleviate their condition at least for a week in this second phase of lock down.
You be the judge if this is a fair deal. If this will last the people beyond a meal.
My people, this is the much talked about COVID-19 lock down palliative to the people of oil-rich Delta State.
The photos below are obtained from people who have received the package from government in Local Government Areas where palliatives have been distributed.
