Should I Marry Her? I Need Your Advice

Remember those guys that dated the hottest chicks in school? Well, I was one of those guys, not the most popular guy in school then but I had my fair share of popularity and I was tall and handsome. The top guys were fighting to get my attention then, well you know my taste of chick and how classy they were.

So, one would wonder, how I got myself mixed up in this kind of bitter-sweet dilemma. I first met Alero in Benin city, in "Oshiomole Bus" when I was going to Ekehuan road, she was a doing her Masters Degree in University of Benin, Ugbowo Campus, but lived in Ekehuan Road, with her son, yes you heard me right with her son. We got talking about human

behaviour and psychology and exchanged number from there.

Alero, was not the pretty sort, in fact she was what you would call ugly and she had just an average look of class about her but what she lacked in beauty and class, she had in abundance in character and how to relate with people. She was gifted with natural endowments.

One thing led to another and we started dating and it was like I was in love for the first time, in fact I was enjoying the relationship, that kind of relationship without responsibility, right? What the whites call friends with benefits, men, I was killing it and hitting other chics at the side and Alero seem not to care, It was like all she wanted was just a handsome guy that knows how to satisfy her needs in the "other room".

Things changed one day when i returned from work and saw Alero fighting with a guy who was very well to do, he was returning to his car, when I saw them and he was very furious with her and she was someone else in that instant, screaming at him with knife in her hand, saying that she would kill him if he speak a word. She tore his clothes of his body, but he was very patient and took her hand off him and drove his car off. That is when Alero saw me.

She latter explained to me that was the father of her son and he has come to take him to stay with him but she refuse and said he has neglected him for 7yrs only now that he is seeing the resemblance, has he decided to come for the boy but she won't give the boy to him. She apologized for her action that day and asked for forgiveness, I did forgive her but I never forgot at all.

Well to cut long story short, the Alero I saw that day scared me to my marrow and I am contemplating on going on with the relationship. We have dated for 3yrs and she is pregnant for 4 months now and I don't want to have my child out of wedlock but everytime I remember that incident with her ex, I shudder with fear and trepidation.

What do I do? Please advice me !
