How To Sell Effective On Facebook Using Relationship Marketing - Omasanjuwa Ogharandukun

If you have been selling on Facebook without much impact, or you don't seem to know how to sell on Facebook, then you need to pay attention.
I used to face almost the same problem as you and it was really boring. I struggled for many months trying to sell online and I keep failing without any improvement. Then I saw a video about a little kid making $30k per month online. So I sent a message to this guy and ask if he could give me some tips on how to sell online. His reply was this: learn the triggers and tools of social media marketer.
That started my journey into learning how to sell online. I am going to give you the basic tips and technique that I learned.

I call it Facebook Relationship Marketing

To enable you sell online using this technique, you must know how to use the 
"right Trigger + right Tools + right Marketing Framework = Patterns of Influence".
If you sell a product or service on Facebook then you should know about a Fanpage, Group, Event profile-page and everyone of you should have a Facebook group, Fanpage and do
events for their service and products.

If you are in sales, then you should know about triggers, it is this triggers that enable you to hook your clients or customers. please study the pix below for triggers on social media.
I want you to know that the above triggers are meaningless, if you do not use them with a pattern, I will only talk about the friends pattern.
Okay lets's dive into the friend pattern (which says hey, since we are friends why not buy from me). I will use a restaurant as an example.

This is getting the customer to think of you as a friend. This is how it work. so if you work into this restaurant that I frequent quite a bit, they serve drinks and sell foods. There is this beautiful receptionist that they have, that greets you as you walk in. She has a giant fish bowl next to her and she says, hey, give me your business card and put it inside the fish bowl, we have a lucky draw at the end of the month.

People takeout their business card and drop it into the fish bowl, here is what happens next, it is kind of sneaky but it is kool. 
You then get a Facebook friend request from her. she introduces herself as the receptionist from the hostel, and ask if you would be her friend on Facebook, of course you will say yes! 
*This introduction uses the sexiness trigger...!

Now when you make her your friend, this is the beauty of Facebook, you can have the birthday of all your friends without requesting it. So she logged in on Facebook and look at all her friends who have a birthday coming up in 2 weeks.

She sends them an email that basically says,
hey friend, you have a birthday coming us, you might remember me as the receptionist from the hotel, since we are friends, let me organize sometime for you. If you bring in like 10 people on your birthday, I will give you 20% discount on everything you all buy from us. I will great you by the door, I will personally hug you in front of your friends so you look kool, i will prepare you a special table and I will make sure you have a waiter standby at your side, I personally make sure you have the best birthday ever.

In fact this restaurant is completely packed.

So how do you implement this technique on your product?
Simple
  1. Send them a facebook Invite
  2. Add them as a friend
  3. Go to your bithday event page and check those whose birthday comes up within 2 weeks
  4. Send them a discounted offer, with something they will benefit for atleast 3X a week
  5. Send a joke, meme, and a video about your product/service
  6. Share these on your facebook page.
