How Prof Charles Quaker Dokubo SA and Coordinator to President Buhari on the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme, diverted one billion, five hundred and fifty nine million, two hundred thousand naira (1,159,200,000:00) from 690 unpaid Niger Delta presidential amnesty programme students stipends across various universities in two years.
Affected students call on President Mohammadu Buhari, National Assembly and anti graft agencies to probe the management of the programme under Dokubo including the office of the National Security Adviser to the President.
