Benson Idahosa University has always had a zero tolerance for such behavior and has been quick to fire any lecturer or staff who behaves indecently. We have gone as far as to fire a Professor/ Dean of a Faculty.

Unfortunately, many ladies who suffer this are afraid to talk. By exposing the issue in the international media, you have added courage to their voices and strength to the cause of
defending the dignity of the girl child.

We appreciate you and pray that more injustices like this get exposed for what they are.

The office doors of our University management are open to any lady who complains of such injustices, and we vow to protect her identity and interests while investigations are ongoing.

As Director of Campus Life, I and my department are sensitive to such matters and treat them with urgency.

A morally clean system is one where real education take place.
