INYC FACT FINDING VISIT TO THE OMADINO/UKPOKITI SAGA
I want to use this medium to thank the INYC for the second visit on the signing of MoU as regards the said Delta-Ukpokiti industrial city 7,000 hectares of land in Omadino. Even through the first (to the LGA chair, Hon. Michael Tidi, a.k.a Dr. Witness) can be said to be ill fated due to the fact that the aftermath report by her director ICT and media, Mr. Fetughe Lucky said nothing about land ownership and court case; Non did it captured the interest of the Itsekiri nation other than performing a image laundry service on behalf of the warri south LGA chairman therefore leading to justification of his (Hon. Tidi) nonchalance, technical/indirect ceding and consolidation to the annexation of Omadino Land by the Urhobo of Agbasa/Ukpokiti under the disguise of witnessing a developmental trend and advising all Itsekiris to Key into it not minding the consequences.
I had become silent on this issue for some days now to watch how things unfold as I was
reliable informed that the INYC are still on the issue which they have proven with this visit. On this note, it will be important they (INYC) also make public the findings gathered during the visit to the Omadino people same as the warri south LGA chairman. Only such post can balance the trend of negative view instigated by the first visit and place the INYC as unbiased either image laundering agent.
To me, what is good for Hon. Michael Tidi a.k.a Dr. Witness aftermath fact finding visit, is also good for the people of omadino aftermath fact finding visit. The omadino people also stated their position as it relate to the MoU same way Hon. Michael Tidi claimed his to be mere witness to the Ukpokiti people. So let's know that of the omadino people as gathered by the INYC and am very sure its not too big to ask.
Picx 1; omadino fact finding visit post by a media committee member and picx evidence but INYC official assertion.
Picx 2; Hon. Michael Tidi fact finding visit post by the director of ICT and media and INYC official assertion on outcome.
