Plateau state is a trending topic on Nigerian twitter. Nigerians are expressing sadness and outrage over the killing of over 100 persons by suspected herdsmen in Plateau state yesterday June 24th.

Over 100 persons, including women and children, were killed by suspected herdsmen. Some of the deceased persons were on their way from a funeral when they were attacked

by the suspected herdsmen.
