Round-table Discussion On Drug Abuse - National Orientation Agency(NOA) & Foundation For Development nd Community Engagement(FDCE)

The National Orientation Agency, NOA, Delta State Directorate, in conjunction with the Foundation For Development and Community Engagement, FDCE, has concluded plans for a round-table discussion amongst state holders to celebrate on the most potent and comprehensive strategy for tackling the drug scourge that appears to have arrested most youths in the state in general but Warri and environs in particular.
