A young Nigerian woman has been given the surprise of her life after the boyfriend proposed with a diamond ring and N2million cheque.

A Nigerian man by name, Salt Nate from Benin but based in Acra, Ghana has proposed to his girlfriend, Imasuen Anthonia with a N2 million cheque and a costly diamond ring yesterday.
 
 
He also held a lavish birthday bash for her. Nate took to social media to share the goodnews and wrote: "Thanks to Friends and Families for making out time to be a part of my celebration today, May celebrations never depart from your lives in Jesus name."
 
 
Opinions are divided since the news was shared on social media with many saying that the relationship is dead on arrival as it is based on money. Others have questioned the fiance's source of wealth.
