'Fashion Police' to go off air after 20-years; to air final episode with never-before-seen footage of Joan Rivers

Hit show Fashion Police’ is to bow out in style with a spectacular finale featuring never-before-seen footage of the late Joan Rivers after more than two decades on E! Network with a special finale on November 27.

The programme made its debut in 1995 but after the death of 81-year-old lead anchor, Joan
Rivers in 2014 it stopped being a regular show, instead airing a series of specials, and now broadcaster E! have announced they are ending it for good with a one-off episode, Fashion Police: The Farewell.

The special finale will include exclusive behind-the-scenes sneak-peeks with the cast and crew, along with unseen footage, including an unaired 80’s themed episode starring Joan, who was famous for her hilarious bitchy comments about celebrities’ fashion choices.

E! President Adam Stotsky said: “Fashion Police has been a red-carpet mainstay for over two decades that has been emulated across the entertainment landscape. Joan’s beloved no-holds-barred style fuelled the franchise’s clever approach to fashion and comedy, and we are incredibly proud of its long-running success. We are also especially grateful to Melissa, as well as Giuliana, Brad, Nene, Margaret and the entire Fashion Police team, who have continued to deliver the laughs and make this iconic franchise truly one of a kind.”
