Nigerian lawmaker, Ben Bruce fondly called the 'Common Sense Senator' says is calling on President Buhari to declare a state of emergency in the educational sector.

According to him if nothing is done, Nigeria's population is growing faster than its economy and at this rate we may soon join the list of most uneducated nations in the world.
