BREAKING NEWS!! Governor of Delta State, Sen Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa to Borrow #8B to build a new Secretariat.

In the picture is the new Secretariat building the previous administration built in Asaba. My question is, if not that OKOWA wants to LOOT over #8Billion, what is the essence of standing as a surety for a private firm that wants to borrow the said amount from a bank to build another Secretariat?

With our debt profile rising to a staggering #240.31B, our dear state Governor is borrowing with the approval of the state house of Assembly....


Indeed, Okowa has come to steal, kill and destroy delta state. If we therefore do not unanimously agree to put an end to Okowa's misrule, he will completely destroy delta State.
