Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai today attended the Sunday service of the Latter Rain Assembly Lagos which is founded by former Vice presidential aspirant, Tunde Bakare. The picture was shared on the church's twitter handle yesterday afternoon.
One wonders if that is not a mocking smile on El-Rufai's face...!
