What is going on here!

This photo had me going for a second then I realized what it was, lol. This photo has gone viral since it was shared online. Some people said it looked like a hairy butthole others said it looked like 2 bottom cheeks with the top of his ear looking like an anus...but it's just a Dad kissing his child with his head down and shoulder beside the child.
