Legal Action : The Chairman Omadino Welders & Filters Association(OWFA) Comrade Kennedy Ugbameta Set To Battle Multi-Nationals In Omadino

The Chairman Omadino Welders and Filters Association(OWFA) Comrade Kennedy Ugbameta over the weekend stated that the association lawyer under REGINALD.O.ASIUWHU & CO.(LEGAL PRACTITIONERS), is set to file a case against the Management's of CONOIL NIG LTD.CHEVRON NIGERIA LTD.NIGERIAN GAS COMPANY LTD.NIGERIA PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION for not honouring the petition written against them in area command office, warri and also base on
the marginalisation they have plugged Omadino community for many years now and not

fulfilling their cooperate social responsibility in the areas of developmental projects, infrastructure in omadino community.

Comrade Ugbameta stated that CONOIL NIG LTD, CHEVRON NIG LTD, NIGERIAN GAS COMPANY LTD, NIGERIA PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION do not even have a community representative in Omadino community regarding issue between the community and their management, they are milking the community everyday.

The Association Lawyer warn the multi national companies saying, if they no what is good for them they should do the right thing or else they will regret what ever decision they will be making regarding their cooperate social responsibility.
