The residents of Kpakiama in Delta State, have apprehended a notorious local thief, and paraded him round the community after he was caught stealing plantain.

A Facebook user identified as Embeleakpo Emmanuel, has taken to the social networking platform and shared photos of a local thief who was caught stealing plantain and was publicly paraded by local residents of kpakiama town in Delta State.

 

Emmanuel shared the photos and wrote; "@ kpakiama Town this hw we do thieve, this is not the first time. Is A thief.Name by OBOYTO."
