Photo: Mentally disabled woman spotted wandering around Sapele with her young barefooted child

The attention of the Ministry Of Women Affairs has been called to do something about a mentally ill  woman who is usually seen wandering around Sapele, Delta State.

Many people in the area have suggested that the child be taken from her and put in an Orphanage Home.
