Igbo Quit Notice: Osinbajo Meets Media Executives

Osinbajo, Media, MeetIn his efforts to douse the ethnic agitations ongoing in the country, the Acting President Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday night met with media practitioners and executives in the country.
Despite the Acting President’s insistence on maintaining the unity of the country, a coalition of Northern youths had on Monday wrote him a letter to allow for the secession of the
Igbos from Nigeria, and Nnamdi Kanu had said in a speech on Tuesday that no one in the country can stop Biafra.
The acting president had been meeting with different thought leaders in the nation, charging them to find solutions to the ethnic divisions plaguing the country, counter the voices of divisiveness, and stay committed to the unity of Nigeria.
The Thursday night meeting was held at the State House in Abuja.
