Event: Press Conference By Barr. Robinson Ariyo On Issues Bothering APC Candidacy, In The April 26th Bye-Election

Barrister Robinson Ariyo of Warri South Constituency 1 shall be addressing a press conference on Monday, 3rd April 2017 to engage on the issue of the April, 26th Bye election.

Considering the constitution of the APC and the approved guidelines for conduct of primaries;
Will the APC be able to field a legally valid candidate for the Bye election?
What needs to be legally done to enable the APC field a valid candidate for the bye election?
Should APC proceed in disregard for the Constitution of the party and aforesaid guidelines, the party may have automatically disqualified itself and thrown away the chance of validly participating in the bye election.

These and many other issues will form the subject of the proposed press conference
