Family of a late Kenyan governor hires 300 cooks to feed mourners at his burial (Photos)

The family of late Nderitu Gachagua, the governor of Nyeri in Kenya, hired 300 cooks to satiate the appetite of mourners expected at his burial. His family is planning to feed 30, 000 mourners who will be attending the burial ceremony today, March 6, 2017.

The late governor Nderitu Gachagua died on Friday, February 24, 2017, at a London hospital, where he was receiving treatment for pancreatic cancer. He will be laid to rest at his rural home in Mithira Constituency.
