Youth leadership is the practice of young people exercising authority over themselves or others. Youth leadership has been elaborated upon as a theory of youth development in which young people gain skills and knowledge necessary to lead civic engagement, education reform and community organizing activities.
Being Resourceful on the other hand, is all about true grit.
Today, youths find themselves failing in one project or another. And they blame it on not having enough time, people, connection, finance, support, etc... !

What they are saying is that as youths, they don't have enough resources, for time, people, connection, finance, support...are all resources.
But what do you do when you do not have enough resources, you become resourceful. As youth we need to be very resourceful .
Youth Resourcefulness is the ability of a youth to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.
As youth, your leadership quality will grow when you become more resourceful with each passing day
