Photo: Dogara was conspicuously absent at this years Independence day celebration

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, who is currently enmeshed in a budget padding scandal, was conspicuously absent at the Independence Day celebration which held in Aso Rock Abuja on Saturday.

The photo above shows the top three men, President Buhari, VP Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Bukola Saraki at the event. Dogara who occupies the fourth most important position in the country was not seen at the event. A photo of him at last year's independence day celebration after the cut.
