Justice Gone Awry

Giving two conflicting judgments in respect of the same seat in an election matter is a constitutional crisis. Same may necessitate the intervention of the court supervising the one that gave the judgments; even where the constitution provides that the court that gave the judgment is a final court. The crisis creates an exception to that finality and the issue then becomes the status quo to be maintained I think the status quo would be the one before the judgements. But interesting I must say.

Barr. Robinson Ariyo

The Appeal Court sitting in Benin City, Edo State has declared former Chief Whip of Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Omawumi Beatrice Udoh the duly elected member representing Warri South Constituency 1 in Delta State House of Assembly, this same Appeal Court,
only 48 hours ago gave judgment in favour of Hon. Abigor against his other contender, Barr. Robinson Ariyo of All Progressives Congress..

Question
Who now becomes the True winner of the April 11th 2015 election in Warri South Constituency 1?
What becomes of Hon. Godwin Abigor's Court Verdict.?
