A shopper shared, “LIFESAVER. Ok, I usually get eaten alive my mosquitoes…I went camping and bought these because I didn’t want to be covered in bug spray. I didn’t get a single bite all weekend. I kept it in my ankle, and so did my friend’s daughter. I was literally standing at dinner one night watching those suckers swarm people…and I had not one single bite! I will 100% but again!”
Another explained, “I suffered with bug bites this summer until I got your product NO MORE BITES it was a miracle for me thank you so much.”
Someone declared, “This is magical. Mosquitos were gone in a few minutes. I added them to our outside door nobs so mosquitos won’t hang out near our doors waiting to enter.”
A skeptical shopper admitted, “Shocked to find out they work. Much to my surprise, these work. I haven’t been bit by a mosquito once while wearing them.”
“It’s become a summer necessity in my house. Works great. Bought for my sister and the whole fam ended up using. Will definitely order more,” a reviewer wrote.

In case you’re looking for the best story of the US Open, Caroline Wozniacki retired for three years, had two kids, came back and beat the tournament’s No. 11 seed.
The former world No. 1 defeated Petra Kvitova 7-5, 7-6 (5) at Arthur Ashe Stadium on Wednesday, advancing to the third round in her first Grand Slam since the 2020 Australian Open. Now 33 years old, she will face American Jennifer Brady in her next match.
It was a close match throughout between Wozniacki and Kvitova, who were once ranked the No. 1 and 2 players in the world. Wozniacki has always been known as a defensive specialist and that reputation bore out early in the match, with the players exchanging breaks throughout the first set.
There were times when it was hard to distinguish between 2011 and 2023 Wozniacki.
Wozniacki began to impress more with her serve in the second set, and finished the match with five aces and wins in 39 of her 53 first serve points. She was a break away from winning the match twice, but Kvitova held serve both times to force the tiebreaker.
It wasn’t the cleanest match by any means. Kvitova, often her own worst enemy, was the more aggressive player with 38 winners … and 39 unforced errors, plus a double-fault in the tiebreaker.
Once the match was over, Wozniacki couldn’t hold back the tears:
Caroline Wozniacki wipes happy tears away after getting her 1st top 20 win as a mom over Petra Kvitova.
She was always one of the brightest lights on tour.
A retirement & 2 children later & nothing’s changed.
“If you had asked me three years ago, I would have said I’d never be back here, playing on this court,” Wozniacki said to ESPN after the match.
Over the course of the next three years, Wozniacki had a daughter and son with her husband, former NBA player David Lee. She later said she didn’t hit a tennis ball until after having both children, a layoff of more than two years. But then she got back on the court and realized she was having a lot more fun.
On June 29 this year, she announced in a Vogue article she was returning to tennis with the goal of playing, and winning, the US Open
Victoria Azarenka, Kim Clijsters, and Serena [Williams] have already shown what it takes to have a child and return to the tour. It’s not easy by any means, but it is possible.
Am I nervous? Not really. I’m coming back to something I love. Yes, I’ll be nervous before a match; I’m okay with that. I’m great with that. Can I win the US Open? I think so. Can I win the Australian Open? I think so. That’s why I’m doing this. And I guess we’ll see what happens.
I think it’s a great story. I think it’s awesome.
Wozniacki won her return match at the Canadian Open and lost in the second round, then played one more tune-up at the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati. And with Wednesday’s win, she confirmed her comeback is indeed real.
But the fans of Hogwarts’ finest had her back, despite Wright feeling the filmmakers could have fit in a larger role for Gilly, who she played in all eight films, from 2001 to 2011.
“And when fans do share that disappointment, they do it in a way where they’re like, ‘We know it wasn’t you. We just wanted more of you.’ And that’s the same with every character,” she added. “If only they could’ve been five-hour-long movies, but it would’ve taken probably two years to film each one or something.”
Wright also noticed that a lot was changed from the original book series and “a lot of the scenes of every character were chopped down from the book to the film. So you didn’t really have as much to show in the film.”
“Sometimes that was a little disappointing,” she admitted, “because there were parts of the character that just didn’t get to come through because there weren’t the scenes to do that. So that made me feel a bit anxious or just frustrated, I guess.”
Hurricane Idalia’s trail of destruction across Florida includes a direct hit on Gov. Ron DeSantis‘ home, where a century-old oak tree came slamming down as his wife and kids were inside.
DeSantis’ wife, Casey, shared the frightening news Wednesday evening, as the brutal storm made its way through Florida and Georgia — she wrote, “100 year old oak tree falls on the Governor’s Mansion in Tallahassee.”
What’s worse, she says she was hunkered down in the home — with their 3 young kids, Madison, Mason and Mamie — when Idalia toppled the mighty oak!
Luckily, she says no one was injured, but it’s safe to say it’ll take a pretty big cleanup crew to get rid of the lumber.
The FL Governor was asked about the tree damage while giving the state updates on the storm … reassuring folks his family was safe despite the close call.
Fox News
He managed to find a silver lining for the fallen tree, though … joking (we hope) his kids would now have more room to practice baseball.
As we reported, Idalia made landfall Wednesday as a category 3 storm, and has brought intense winds, rainfall and flooding to the Sunshine State. Don’t forget, this is the 3rd hurricane bringing hell to Florida in the past 12 months, following Ian and Nicole in 2022.
A group of Mississippi men got into a vicious battle with a shovel and wooden plank … leaving one of the dudes drenched in blood.
The nearly 2-minute fight was caught on video and posted to Facebook … featuring three men squaring off outside a ramshackle home in the area near Jackson.
One guy screams at the other two … “It’s mine motherf***er” — although it’s not clear what he’s referring to.
Suddenly, one of the other men whacks the guy in the head with the plank, causing him to fall to the ground, blood flowing down the front of his shirt from an open wound.
The victim gets to his feet and continues to argue with his attacker, promising a stint in prison for the old man, whose younger cohort retrieves the shovel.
As the exchange becomes more heated, the injured man grabs his crotch and makes a lewd remark … prompting the cohort to bash him in the head with the shovel.
The man stumbles backward into his truck, climbs behind the wheel and drives off.
We’ve reached out to the police to see if they got involved … so far no word back.
Despite Yoly falling in love with Xander during their three weeks together, Mal never wavered in their commitment.
“It’s always been you,” Mal told Yoly, before getting down on one knee. “Will you do life with me? Will you marry me?” After a brief pause, Yoly said yes, asking, “What took you so long?”
Still, Yoly had doubts that she made the right choice. “If Xander were to fight for me,” she admitted, “I don’t know what I would say.”
No surprise then that while Yoly and Mal left the experiment engaged, Mal revealed they were “happily broken up” during the reunion, the pair clashing over the exact timeline of their breakup.
“My fear was that as soon as the cameras stopped filming, we were going to go back to our ways that I know of,” Yoly explained. “That happened, we spent some time apart. During that time apart, she said, ‘This isn’t going to work out.’ I didn’t fight back.”
After watching the show and seeing Yoly’s interactions with Xander, Mal said she now views their relationship through a completely different lens. “You feel like a dangerous stranger to me,” Mal said. “I had your back so hard and all you did was make a complete fool out of me.”
If Tom Brady ever wants to add another ring to his collection, he’s a perfect candidate for “The Bachelor” … so says the dating show’s host, Jesse Palmer, who tells TMZ Sports the G.O.A.T. would be a “legendary” lead.
The former NFL quarterback and Season 5 star of the ABC series believes there are actually a couple signal-callers who could go from throwing the pigskin to handing out roses — Brady, Justin Herbert and C.J. Stroud.
In fact, Palmer says the handsome Chargers standout would be a “producer’s dream” … ’cause they could pay for all the dates and trips throughout the season with help of his $262 million contract!!
“You actually could not script a better setup,” Palmer says. “That would be incredible for ratings, and also amazing for our budget.”
Herbert has kept his dating life pretty private … and despite a few rumors, he hasn’t gone public with anyone during his NFL career.
Same goes for Stroud … so Palmer thinks the No. 2 overall pick to the Houston Texans could also thrive in finding love as he kicks off his NFL career.
But Palmer says the 7-time Super Bowl champion gets his stamp of approval to be on the show … as long as Irina gives the go-ahead as well.
“There is the Irina Shayk issue,” Palmer adds. “But if she’s willing to kind of just chill out for a couple months of filming, I think we’re solid.”
Palmer says the show could film at any of Brady’s houses … which would also be a huge positive.
“Again, very budget-friendly. Tom Brady would be good.”

The Yankees have placed outfielder Harrison Bader on waivers, according to multiple reports.
After arriving in a trade with St. Louis for Jordan Montgomery in August last season, Bader was a key contributor in the postseason, hitting five home runs in nine games while batting .333 and posting a 1.262 OPS.
However, injury issues have kept him in and out of the lineup for parts of this season and the 29-year-old outfielder has struggled of late, posting a .195 average and .483 OPS over his last 23 games.
Bader is the second veteran the Yankees have parted ways with Tuesday after Josh Donaldson was released. SNY MLB Insider Andy Martino reported earlier that the club released Donaldson now to give the veteran a chance to play in the postseason.
The same could be true for Bader, who could be claimed by Thursday and would be eligible for another team’s postseason roster. The move will also open up more playing time in the outfield for some of the Yankees’ young prospects.
Any team that claims Bader would have to pick up the tab on the final month of his salary, which ESPN’s Jeff Passan reported is less than $1 million.
In 82 games with New York this season, Bader has 20 extra-base hits (including 11 home runs) and 37 RBI and slashed .242/.279/.370 for a .649 OPS and a below-average 77 OPS+.
The 9-1-1 star recently said goodbye to her long blonde tresses, unveiling a bold, auburn-colored bob with long curtain bangs in anticipation of autumn. To prove that she couldn’t hardly wait for her favorite season, Jennifer posted a before-and-after of her hair transformation on Instagram, writing in the caption, “Ready for Fall.”
So, what prompted the makeover? The 44-year-old seemingly hinted at the reason on her Instagram Stories Aug. 29, sharing a cryptic quote reading: “When a woman wants to change her life. She cuts her hair short.”
Appearance aside, Jennifer also gave fans a glimpse into how she’s promoting change from within by posting a fitness video. “Phew, half hour on the StairMaster in this heat and the sun,” she said in the clip, which showed the 44-year-old with her newly tinted hair in pigtails as she took a breather from her workout. “One more round to go!”
In a follow-up post, Jennifer joked that she was completely wiped. “Not cute but good for you,” she captioned a sweaty selfie, tagging her trainer Leyon Azubuike. “One hour boom!”
“His off-camera name is Lotus,” Sarah wrote in an Aug. 29 Instagram. “He and his siblings were all given botanical names when they were rescued as newborns by the @cthumanesociety.”
She cheekily added, “If he looks familiar, that’s because he is.”
As for how Sarah and Lotus became inseparable? In the SATC revival series, the fuzzy feline—who is named Shoe in the show—becomes Carrie’s pet after Che Diaz (played bySara RamÃrez) brings the kitten over to the fashionista’s apartment.
“I don’t have a set routine, but I love to rock climb and prioritize it in my life,” he told the outlet. “The best is when you can get outside and do it in nature. Yosemite National Park has the best climbing in the world, but when I want to be closer to home, I go to Red Rock in Nevada or bouldering in Joshua Tree.”
What’s more, Jared shared photos from his time in Mother Nature this summer ahead of the release of his band’s new album, It’s The End Of The World But It’s A Beautiful Day, out Sept. 15. In fact, he marked the release of new song “Seasons” with more shirtless photos and rock-climbing action shots on Instagram Aug. 14.
“For me it’s been the soundtrack to my summer and brings back so many amazing memories of this magical time,” Jared said of his new track, out now. “Here are a few pics from my summer in the spirit of ‘SEASONS.’ We hope you love it and it brings back all your summer memories too.”
“And THEN…” Lupita began her August 28 post, “the Universe saw it fit to bring this Sunshine Human into my orbit, and this day marks his introduction to life.”
She continued, “Every day is full of #goodenergy and reasons to dance with @selema as my favorite playmate. Happy Birthday, mi amor!”
Her tribute included a sweet video montage featuring photos of the couple and funny clips of Selema dancing while “Good Energy” by Yung Wylin’ plays in the background.
For his part, TV host and designer shared the love, commenting on her post alongside smiling and heart emojis, “sneaky, mi amor. luckiest man alive. my heart is smiling wide.”
The Avengers star took a trip down memory lane to mark his 18th wedding anniversary with wife Susan Downey by sharing a sweet snap recreating one of their wedding photos.
In the first picture, from their special day in 2005, Robert lovingly resting his face against Susan’s while she glances down and smiles, holding a bouquet of pink and white flowers.
As for the second snap from nearly two decades later? Well, the 58-year-old once again pressing his face against the producer’s, this time holding a bouquet of sunflowers.
“18 years,” the Iron Man star gushed beneath the Aug. 29 Instagram post, “love still in bloom!!”
Many friends flocked to the comment section to share their congratulations to the long-standing couple—who are parents to daughter Avri, 8, and son Exton, 11—with Jeremy Renner writing, “These are the best photos Robert! Love you both !!!!” while Sean Hayes added, “THE best. Scotty and I love you both as much as you love each other. Is that weird?”
2:59 PM PT — When reached for comment on the lawsuit, RobertSavage told us, “I am restricted by a non-disclosure when I retired from the U.S. Secret Service to discuss casework during my tenure without their approval, so I would respectfully redirect your questions pertaining to the lawsuit to the USSS Office of Chief Counsel and U.S. Attorneys Office for the Central District of California.”

Erika Jayne used Secret Service agents and American Express to extort money from a Hollywood designer, ruining his life and career in the process … so says a new lawsuit.
The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star and two Secret Service agents are among those being sued by Chris Psaila, who claims Erika corrupted the agents and had them prosecute him over her claims that his costume company fraudulently charged her over $800,000.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Psaila claims Erika gave him and his store, Marco Marco, permission to charge her card for costumes and services he designed, created and provided for her performances … and he says Erika’s estranged husband, Tom Girardi, was the account holder and she was an authorized user.
Psaila claims he started working with Erika in 2014 and everything was kosher until she falsely claimed Psaila had racked up $800k to $900k in fraudulent charges on her credit card from 2015 to 2016.
Psaila insists Erika got every piece of clothing and services from these charges.
In the docs, he claims Erika and Tom weaponized the Secret Service to maliciously prosecute him … believing the former couple bribed agent Robert Savage, then the head of Secret Service’s Los Angeles office, to criminally investigate Psaila and ultimately charge him with crimes.
Psaila also claims AMEX accepted Erika’s false statements of unauthorized charges and refunded Erika and Tom over $787k without giving the designer an opportunity to dispute her claims … and he says AMEX told the Secret Service Erika was a victim of his fraud.
In his suit, Psaila claims Tom and Savage had a cushy relationship … and he says Savage had his own “history of falsely billing for advance Presidential location scouting trips” that eventually forced him out of the Secret Service.
Psaila claims Tom bribed Savage to investigate him by agreeing to represent Savage in a lawsuit against Volkswagen, while also promising to pay Savage $100k when the investigation in Psaila started.
The designer says Tom and Savage’s relationship was not disclosed when he was facing prosecution and says the criminal case against him was ultimately dismissed nearly 5 years after it started … but he says he suffered extreme emotional distress, financial harm to his business, plus extreme emotional, psychological, and physical injuries as a result of the ordeal.
Psaila is going after Erika, AMEX, Savage and others for at least $18.2 million.
A rep for AMEX tells TMZ … “In late 2016, federal law enforcement contacted American Express regarding its investigation into fraud by Mr. Psaila. While it is our policy to not comment on the specific activity on an individual Card Member’s accounts, we followed our regular processes and procedures throughout this investigation as we dealt with law enforcement. We did not initiate the investigation, nor did we proactively contact law enforcement, and the information law enforcement requested from us was typical in fraud investigations. We did not play any role in the criminal investigation of Mr. Psaila or his business other than responding to inquiries from law enforcement.”
She added, “I feel the need to report this incident because I believe that no person, in any work, sports, or social setting should be a victim of these types of non-consensual behaviors. I felt vulnerable and a victim of an impulse-driven, sexist, out of place act without an consent on my part.”
And while FIFA, soccer’s global governing body, announced on Aug. 26 that it has suspended Rubiales for 90 days in light of his behavior, further calls for his resignation are climbing within Spain.
In fact, leaders within the Spanish Football Federation released a statement calling for Rubiales’ resignation.
“After the recent events and the unacceptable examples of behaviour that have seriously damaged the image of Spanish football,” read an August 28 statement on the federation’s website, “the Territorial Presidents’ Committee request that Mr. Luis Rubiales present his resignation as president of the RFEF immediately. We would like to enthusiastically congratulate the women’s national football team on their World Cup triumph. We would like to express our admiration and gratitude to an outstanding group of players and we extend our congratulations to all those who, over the years, have worked hard to contribute to the growth of women’s football.”
